Definition of a Party*

Our definition of a Party is if one or more of the following is occurring:

  • More than 5 guests collectively (meaning from 1 or more member) being added to a group of people gathering together.
  • Food is being brought in for multiple families together for what is obviously a celebration of some kind.
  • Decorations are being used (e.g., table coverings, balloons, candles).

Party Cost & Rules*

  • $200 Fee ($100 due upon reserving date of party, $100 balance paid on the day of party) plus guest fees for any non-members.
  • List of non-member guests provided 5 days prior to the event.
  • No more than 12 non-member guests. (You are not allowed to include guests of another member in order to have more than 12 non-member guests.)
  • All party activities, materials, food, food preparation and drinks need to be held and kept in the downstairs area where the tables are set up.
  • Decorations are only allowed in the downstairs area, including balloons.
  • No moving of furniture.
  • You must clean up after yourselves.
  • The party cannot be for someone who is not a member of the pool.
  • All regular pool rules must be adhered to.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of future requests or cancellation of membership.
